   1. To receive information on any grant funding opportunities available to cover the associated costs
   2. To consider application to full Council for the allocation of funds from the reserves, designated to development of the Moorside Room
   3. To agree any follow up action(s) and/or recommendations to full Council, as appropriate
8. To receive a report on progress of remedial repairs and cleaning pursuant to minute MR007 dated 4 November
9. To receive further information on the Leeds Art Gallery Loan Scheme

    1. To receive an update on bookings and income since the last meeting
