3. Minutes and Matters Arising
   1. To approve the Minutes for the Play Areas & Sports committee meeting on 8th April 2015
   2. To consider matters arising
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. Club Lease & Pitch Licences
   1. To receive any final comments/revisions to the content of the draft club leases and pitch licences
   2. To consider and agree to make recommendation to the council for the issue of the club leases and pitch licences
   3. To note that in accordance with Minute 15155f) dated 16 November 2015 the costs of the legal fees associated with the issue of leases and pitch licences to the sportsfield clubs will be met by an annual contribution of £200 from each club over a 3 year period, to the end of the current council term, with the balance of charges being absorbed by the Town Council
6. Levies
   1. To receive the draft 2016/17 levy charges
   2. To consider and agree to recommend the 2016/17 levy charges to the Council
7. To receive a report on progress of development proposals at the sports field
8. Questions to the Chairman
9. To agree the date of the next meeting
