- To receive apologies for absence
- To receive Declarations of Interest in items on the agenda
- Minutes and Matters Arising
- To approve the Minutes for the Play Areas & Sports committee meeting on 7th September 2018
- To consider matters arising
- Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
- Play Areas
- To note that the annual inspections of the Old Road play area and skatepark, and Ryedale View play area were carried out by Streetscape Products & Services Ltd on 1st June 2018
- To consider and agree to carry out the recommended repairs as appropriate
- To receive information on proposals for new equipment incorporating a slide at Old Road Play Area to replace the existing small slide, and agree any recommendations to be made to full council
- Sportsfield
- To receive information on the cost implications of resurfacing the car park at the sportsfield and agree any recommendations to be made to full council
- To consider and agree a request by Scouts to site a temporary portacabin at the sportsfield and agree any recommendations to be made to full council

- To note the date of the next meeting will be Thursday 27 September 2018 at 7pm in The Moorside Room.
