4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. Sports Committee
   1. To consider appointing Cllr Watson as a substitute council representative on the committee
   2. To agree to invite nominations for members of the public to the committee
6. To consider proposed improvements to the cycleway and footpath at the entrance to the Sports field
7. Recreation Club
   1. To receive Terms of Reference/Constitution from the Recreation Club Committee
   2. To note any areas of concern following the inspection of the Recreation Club
8. Sportsfield Sign
   1. To consider options to update the existing sign
   2. To consider the affect on the street scene by banners
   3. To agree a policy regarding the implementation of promotional signage at the Sportsfield
9. Pitch Maintenance
   1. To receive a report from the pitch users on pitch maintenance arrangements
   2. To note the annual service of the mower is due at an estimated cost of £649 plus parts
   3. To determine responsibility for the maintenance of the Mower as an item of machinery solely used by the pitch users
10. To agree on the date of the next meeting.
