1. To receive apologies for absence
2. To receive Declarations of Interest in items on the agenda
3. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
4. To acknowledge the continued commitment to finance the event by RACK systems in the amount of £1500
5. Honours Board
   1. To consider any variations to the original design of the board and associated cost implications, if any
   2. To consider the draft layout
   3. To consider the cost of sign writing
6. To consider arrangements for the 2026 awards event and agree any appropriate action
7. To agree to make recommendations to full Council at the Ordinary meeting dated 16 March 2026
