   1. To note that expiry of the contracts for grass cutting of the verges and maintenance of the A170 roundabout on 31st March 2016
   2. To consider and agree any revisions to the contract specifications and tender documents
8. Flooding
   1. To review current flooding issues in Kirkbymoorside and consider what action can be taken
   2.    1. To receive information on progress on arrangements to date
   2. To consider and agree a ceiling budget of £500 for decorations, based on information provided
   3. To consider and agree the hire of a bouncy castle to be located at the Sportsfield on the day of the event, based on information provided
   4. To consider and agree to the hire of portaloos to be stationed at the Sportsfield on the day of the event, based on information provided
   5. To consider and agree to absorb the cost of collection of arisings from the last cut of the A170 verges prior to the event
10. To note correspondence received from INEOS Upstream, the operator of the Petroleum Exploration and Development Licences (PEDL’s) covering Kirkbymoorside
