   1. To approve cheque payments according to the list provided
   2. To receive the Financial Summary to 29th February 2016
   3. To receive recommendations from the Finance Committee
   4. To agree the appointment of an internal auditor
   5. To agree the terms of reference for the internal auditor
   6. To note that the cost of producing the Moorsider has increased from £140.00 to £145.00 and to agree its continued publication
7. To note that Dropbox is no longer in compliance with the DPA since the revocation of Safe Harbor provisions in respect of the USA

    1. To receive information on the future of Kirkbymoorside library
    2. To receive information pertaining to progress of the proposal to move the Town Council office to Church House
13. To consider information received from HeartSafe Communities with regards to community defibrillators and agree appropriate action

14. To consider and agree the purchase of 10m3 of 8-40mm Play Grade Bark at a cost of £537.30 + VAT for the Playdale climber bark pit at Old Road play area

16. To review the honorarium for the winding of All Saints' Church Clock, currently £200 (doubled in 2015)
