- To elect the Town Mayor for the ensuing year
- To record the Declaration of Office of the Town Mayor
- To receive Councillor Dowie’s report of her engagements since the Ordinary Meeting of the Town Council in April and comments on her period of office
- To give a vote of thanks to Councillor Dowie for her work during the year 2015-2016
- To elect the Deputy Town Mayor for the coming year
- To receive apologies for absence
- To receive Declarations of Interest in items on the agenda
- To confirm the amount of the Town Mayor’s Annual Allowance and how this is to be paid

- To resolve to declare Councillor Smeaton's office to be vacant: Section 86(1) of the Local Government Act 1972 as amended
- To resolve to give public notice of the vacancy on the Parish Council: Section 87(2) of the Local Government Act 1972

- To note that Quarter 4 of the Councillors Audit has been carried out by Councillors Dowie and Watson

- To consider the Annual Governance Statements as set out in Section 1 of the Annual Return for year ending 31st March 2016 and approve as appropriate
- To approve the Accounts for the year to 31st March 2016
- To consider the figures to be included in Section 2 (Accounting Statements) of the Annual Return for year ending 31st March 2016 and approve as appropriate
- To approve the Bank Reconciliation for inclusion in the Annual Return for year ending 31 March 2016
- To approve a report on variances in the accounts beyond the permitted 15%

- Tour de Yorkshire - To offer thanks for the effort made by all involved in the events held on 1st May and the showcasing of Kirkbymoorside
- Church House - To receive further information regarding the proposed Community library
- To receive an update on progress with regards to flood management in Kirkbymoorside
- To receive an update on progress of the implementation of short term parking enforcement on Market Place
- Community Defibrillator
- To consider and agree to purchase a community defibrillator from Yorkshire Ambulance Service at a cost of £1524 (inclusive of VAT)
- To consider and agree a ceiling budget of £300 for the installation of the community defibrillator
- To consider and agree the associated ongoing costs of the community defibrillator:£150 (including VAT) for a battery every 4-5 years; the replacement of two sets of pads at a cost of £29.94 (including VAT) per set, every two years or when used; electricity costs of £2-3 pounds a year

- To note that Kevin Hollinrake MP will be holding a Broadband and Business Forum in Easingwold on Friday 10 June 2016
- To note the local Advice Surgery (appointments only) with Kevin Hollinrake MP will be held on Saturday 25th June, 9.30am to 11.00am, 109 Town Street, Old Malton
