Members of the Council are required to attend. Members of the press and public are also welcome to attend.

7. Committee Membership and Schedule of Meetings
   1. To agree the date of the Annual Town Meeting, between 1st March and 1st June, in accordance with the Local Government Act 1972 Schedule 12 Part III Parish Meetings
   2. To review the Committee Membership and agree delegated representatives

8. Kirkbymoorside Community Support Group's project funded by York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority VSHS Fund
   1. To receive information regarding the proposal to install flag pole brackets on the lamp posts for the length of Piercy End, Market Place and High Market Place
   2. To consider the request for approval of the installation of brackets to the lamp posts
   3. To consider making application to North Yorkshire Council to determine the feasibility of the project
   4. To consider any requirements for the new design of the 'Welcome to Kirkbymoorside' signs on the A170 as part of the project
9. Manor Vale Woodland
   1. To note completion of the triennial tree safety assessment at a cost of £980
   2. To receive the Tree Safety Assessment Report
   3. To agree to seek quotations for the recommended works
   4. To note the exercise to create shallow run off scrapes along the road up to the golf club was carried out on 16th and 18th April by Kirkbymoorside Environment Group volunteers in conjunction with the Environment Agency and Yorkshire Wildlife Trust, Pursuant to Minute 25204
10. Old Road Play Area
    1. To receive the Safety Inspection Report
    2. To consider the quotation for recommended repairs of the Net Climber @ £1,563.35 + VAT
11. To consider a 'Welcome to Kirkbymoorside' feature in The Loop at the 50% discounted cost of £130 + VAT
12. To receive information regarding North Yorkshire Council's Crisis and Resilience Fund (CRF) which replaces the Household Support Fund and Discretionary Housing Payments
13. To receive reports from Members representing the Town Council at meetings of outside bodies and on delegated matters
