5. To review the draft figures for completion of the Annual Return and consider recommending them to Council for approval at the meeting on May 19
6. To review the draft figures for completion of the Annual Accounts 2013-14
7. To receive the Internal Audit report
8. To consider and agree to submit sections 1 and 2 of the Annual Return to Council for approval at the meeting on May 19
9. To review the explanation of variances 2013-14
10. To note that the Vat return for the period 01/04/2013 to 31/03/20014 has been submitted in the amount of £14,696.31
11. To note that with effect of April 2015 NYCC will cease to contribute to the cutting of urban grass - 2013/14 contribution being £5,654.32
12. Questions to the Chairman
13. To agree on the date of the next meeting.
