   1. To approve the Minutes for the Play Areas & Sports committee meeting on 29th June 2017
   2. To consider matters arising
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. Sportsfield
   1. To note that 3no. mature ash trees situated on the eastern boundary of the sportsfield need crown lifting
   2. To consider and agree the appointment of a contractor to carry out the tree works
6. To note that the Big Lottery Fund, 'Awards For All' grant application for the project costs associated with the outdoor half basketball court at Old Road has been approved
7. Old Road
   1. To consider and agree the cost of £300.00 + VAT for remedial repairs and replacement parts of the play equipment and skate park at the Old Road play area as recommended in the annual inspection
   2. To consider and agree the options available for supply and installation of pergolas at Old Road play area
8. Questions to the Chairman
9. To note the date of the next meeting will be Thursday 9 November 2017 at 7pm in The Moorside Room.
