   1. To consider options to update the existing sign
   2. To consider the affect on the street scene by banners
   3. To agree a policy regarding the implementation of promotional signage at the Sportsfield
8. Gang Mower
   1. To note the annual service of the Gang mower is due
   2. To authorise the annual service of the Gang Mower with Ryedale Mowers at the reduced cost of £649 plus parts
9. To receive a report from the pitch users on pitch maintenance arrangements
10. To agree on the date of the next meeting.
