1. Apologies for absence
   1. To receive apologies for absence given in advance of the meeting
   2. To consider the approval of reasons given for absence
2. To receive Declarations of Interest in items on the agenda
3. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
4. To appoint appraisers for the annual appraisal
5. To agree the date of the annual appraisal
6. To note the date of the next meeting will be on 20th December 2021
