   1. To receive and approve the draft minutes of the Staffing Committee meeting on 12 January 2022
3. To receive Declarations of Interest in items on the agenda
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. To appoint appraisers for the annual appraisal
6. To agree the date of the annual appraisal
7. To note the date of the next meeting will be on 16 January 2023
