1. Apologies for absence
   1. To receive apologies for absence given in advance of the meeting
   2. To consider approval of the reasons for absence
2. To receive Declarations of Interest in items on the agenda
3. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
4. To agree to exclude members of the public from discussion of item 5
5. To consider and undertake the annual review of the Town Clerks salary, last carried out in January 2022 (Minute S21013)
6. To agree to make recommendations to the Town Council
7. To note the date of the next meeting will be determined by the 2024/25 Schedule of Meetings
