1. Kirkbymoorside Allotment Association in the amount of £500 towards the cost of replacement of machinery
2. Kirkbymoorside Horticultural Society in the amount of £280 to purchase new staging materials for the annual show
Moorside Room
1. Management and promotion
  1. To receive the minutes of the Moorside Room Committee meeting on 13 May 2026
  2. To consider the recommendation of the Committee to host an Open Evening asap with refreshments to promote the venue
  3. To note expenditure of £58.80 + VAT for a quarter page advert in The Handymag
  4. To note the feature in The Moorsider
2. Lewis Creighton Exhibition
  1. To receive an update on progress of arrangements for the Lewis Creighton exhibition
  2. To consider the cost of £55 for insurance endorsement for loaned art works
  3. To consider a budget of £100 for associated expenses
  4. To consider a ceiling budget for the purchase of a Lewis Creighton painting for the town
To consider the cost of £6,120 for works in Manor Vale woodland, identified as immediate on the tri-ennial tree safety report
Phase I Build - Machinery Store at Sports Field
1. To receive an update on progress of the Phase I Build
2. To consider the allocation of received funds from WaterTight of £200 per month to cover the cost of machinery storage of £159.32 per month from 16/05/2026 (payable to Kirkbymoorside Football Club as reimbursement)
