To elect the Town Mayor for the ensuing year
To record the Declaration of Office of the Town Mayor
To receive Councillor Ashworths report of the year 2018-2019 and comments on his period of office
To give a vote of thanks to Councillor Ashworth for his work during the year 2018-2019

1. To consider and agree the grant application submitted by Kirkbymoorside Flying Club for £340 to repaint the Flying Club cabin at the sportsfield
2. To consider and agree the grant application submitted by Friends of Ryedale School for £2000 match funding towards the cost of a UEFA standard community 3G pitch to be built on the site of Ryedale School

1. To receive correspondence from Kirkbymoorside Environment Group in respect of their communications with the Co-op outlining their wishes for the new store in the town and consider an appropriate response
