4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. To review the value of items on the Council's Register of Assets
6. Capital Budget
   1. To consider specific reserves
   2. To consider the level of general reserve required
7. Revenue Budget
   1. To consider the budget for the financial year 2023/24
   2. To determine the precept for 2023/24 for consider recommendation to the full Council
8. To consider and agree to make recommendation to the Town Council regarding the precept
9. To agree on the date of the next meeting
