4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business.
5. To review Internal and External audit arrangements and timescales.
6. To review the requirements for the Annual Return Form and consider submitting sections 1 and 2 of the Annual Return to Council for approval at the meeting on June 17.
7. To review the draft figures for completion of the Annual Return and consider recommending them to Council for approval at the meeting on June 17.
8. To review the draft figures for completion of the Annual Accounts 2012-13
9. To review the value of items on the Council's Asset Register with reference to notes from the auditors in 2012.
10. Questions to the Chairman
11. To agree on the date of the next meeting.
