To consider financial matters:
1. To report accounts paid since the last meeting of the Council and to approve payments according to the list provided
2. To receive the Financial Summary to 31 December 2020
3. To authorise payment of £176.01 to Scarborough and Ryedale Carers Resource from the remaining funds (£685.78) held for the Kirkby Community Fridge
4. To note there is no change to the cost of the Scribe annual subscription plan from 1 March 2021 which will remain at £39 per month (paid annually)

1. To receive information from North Yorkshire Police in response to concerns about anti-social behaviour at Old Road play area and the request for more frequent patrols of the play areas
