Members of the Council are required to attend. Members of the press and public are also welcome to attend.

   1. To report accounts paid since the last meeting of the Council and to approve cheque payments according to the list provided
   2. To receive the Financial Summary to 30 November 2024
   3. To consider the renewal cost of £720.00 + VAT for 12 month CCTV contract at Old Road play area
7. 2025/26 Budget
   1. To consider the 2025/26 Budget Monitoring Document
   2. To receive recommendations from the Finance Committee regarding the budget for 2025/26
   3. To agree the budget for 2025/26 and determine the precept
8. Community Resilience Plan
   1. To receive a report on the emergency response to flooding subsequent to Storm Darragh
   2. To review the Community Resilience Plan
   3. To consider any proposals for development of emergency response protocol
   4. To receive information on free community emergency conferences for North Yorkshire and York
9. To consider making representation to North Yorkshire Council Highways Authority with regards to safety concerns for pedestrians at the junction of Howe End and Piercy End/Market Place.
10. To receive thanks from the KMS Christmas Tree Scheme for the funds awarded to invest in the manufacture of additional brackets
11. To receive reports from Members representing the Town Council at meetings of outside bodies and on delegated matters
12. To receive the Town Clerk's report
13. To receive the Town Mayor's report
14. To agree to exclude members of the public from discussion of item 15.
15. To consider recommendations of the Staffing Committee

17. To agree the date of the next ordinary meeting of the Town Council on 16 December 2024 at 7.30pm in Church House
