   1. To consider and agree the format and arrangements for the debate on the motion “This house believes that UK regulations make fracking safe”
   2. To note the response from NYCC Highways & Transport and Third Energy to the policy statement regarding HGV movement relating to the test frack site at Kirbymisperton adopted on 16th October Minute 17101b)ii)
8. To note the programme of highway works to Ings Lane and the A170 roundabout

14. To note the next focus for the Don't be a Waster - Reduce, Reuse, Respect campaign
15. To acknowledge confirmation from the Charity Commission that the Kirkbymoorside and District Sportsfield Committee will be removed from the Charity Registration as it is obsolete
16. Christmas
    1. To note the forthcoming Christmas events
    2. To offer thanks to the volunteers involved with the Christmas tree scheme, and the town Christmas lights and decorations
