3. Minutes and Matters Arising
   1. To receive and approve the minutes of the Meeting held on 19th February 2018
   2. To receive the minutes of the Finance Committee meeting held on 9th March 2018
   3. To consider matters arising
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. Discussions with Town, District and County Councillors in respect of questions already posed, and any new matters
6. To consider financial matters:
   1. To approve cheque payments according to the list provided
   2. To receive the Financial Summary to 28 February 2018
   3. To receive recommendations from the Finance Committee
   4. To agree the appointment of an internal auditor
   5. To agree the terms of reference for the internal auditor
7. To receive a report on the management and completion of the debate event held at Lady Lumleys School in Pickering on Thursday 8th March 2018
8. To note receipt of a Freedom of Information Request and agree an appropriate response
9. To note receipt of a request to include links on the Town Council website to external webpages providing information in respect of the UK Government Smart Meters Rollout 2020 and agree an appropriate response

11. To note the date of the Town Mayor's Charity Ball on 21st April 2018 at Kirkbymoorside Golf Club, all proceeds to go to Kirkbymoorside Community Library
