Issued on 13 July 2022 for a meeting of the Town Council to be held at 7.30pm on 18 July 2022 in Church House, Kirkbymoorside.

Members of the Council are required to attend. Members of the press and public are also welcome to attend.

8. Flood Risk Management
   1. To receive the latest information on Flood Risk Management
   2. To consider the draft body of text for a 'Ryedale Flood Risk' leaflet to be issued by Ryedale District Council and agree any comments
   3. To receive correspondence from a member of the public with regards to flooding affecting Swineherd Lane and agree an appropriate response
9. To consider offering use of the Moorside Room, at no charge, for the purpose of 'Homes for Ukraine' meetings
10. Training and Membership
    1. To consider renewal of the clerk's annual membership to the Society of Local Council Clerks due on the 1st August 2022 at a cost of £215
    2. To note renewal of the clerk's annual membership to the Association of Local Council Clerks on 4 July 2022 at a cost of £50
    3. To consider the clerk's attendance to the YLCA 2022 Training Seminar in Leeds on 23 September at a cost of £120 + VAT plus travel expenses
11. To note the need to replace 2no. vehcile access gates and 4no. posts at the town cemetery and consider the cost of £470 each (to include tanilised timber gate with galvanised ironwork and larch gateposts) to be allocated to cost code 14
12. To note that the NYCC lighting column at Chisholm's Monument needs to be replaced with a 'heavy duty' column to accommodate the Town Council's hanging baskets and Christmas lighting motifs and consider a contribution of 50% of the costs being £1,250 to be allocated to cost code 5
13. To consider the proposal by Kirkbymoorside History Group for installation of structures and an information panel at The Pound
14. To note the 2022 Joint Annual Meeting of YLCA will be held on 23 July at The Bridge Hotel, Walshford
15. To receive reports from Members representing the Town Council at meetings of outside bodies and on delegated matters
