- To receive Declarations of Interest in items on the agenda
- Minutes and Matters Arising
- To approve the minutes of the Meeting held on 20th June 2016
- To receive the minutes of the Play Areas and Sports Committee meeting held on 7th July 2016
- To consider matters arising
- Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
- Discussions with Town, District and County Councillors in respect of questions already posed, and any new matters
- To consider financial matters:
- To approve cheque payments according to the list provided
- To receive the Financial Summary to 30 June 2016
- To agree to continue paying for the Yorkshire Post at a quarterly subscription charge of £65.52(increased from £59.28 in July 2015 and £55.64 in November 2014)
- To receive applications for the vacancies on the Town Council and to elect, by co-option, candidate(s) from the same
- To receive information from Ryedale Community Transport on proposals to help solve public transport problems in Kirkbymoorside, and agree a suitable response
- To consider the grant application submitted by All Saints Church PCC for a contribution of £2000 towards the maintenance of All Saints Churchyard
- Streetlighting
- To note that the pole mounted lantern unit no 7, pole box and bracket on Gillamoor Road opposite Highfield House needs to be replaced
- To agree the replacement with a 20W Orange Tek Arialed LED lantern, pole box and bracket at a cost of £710 + VAT inclusive of charges to Northern Powergrid
- To note that the street lighting inventory has been completed
- Public Wi-Fi
- To consider information provided by Craig Nattress, Visitor Economy Officer, Ryedale District Council on the proposal to implement public wi-fi in the town centre and agree a suitable response
- Church House - To receive further information regarding the proposed Community library
- To receive an update on progress with regards to flood management in Kirkbymoorside
- To receive an update on progress of the implementation of short term parking enforcement on Market Place
- Sportsfield - To receive the following recomendations from the PAS commitee:
- Leases & Pitch Licence
- recommend to issue the club leases and pitch licences to the sports clubs, with the deadline for the signed Agreements to be received by the Council at the Ordinary meeting on 19th September
- Recreation Club
- recommend sole occupancy of the cricket/football club building by the cricket/football clubs during the respective club seasons
- recommend that management of the club building be assigned to the cricket/football clubs during their respective club seasons
- To consider and agree to donate the town funeral bier to Ryedale Folk Museum
- To note the opening of the Kirkbymoorside History Group Archive Collections on Friday 22nd July and Saturday 23rd July, next to Ryedale Auctioneers, Cooks Yard
- To note that the Town Council's RAY membership is due for renewal and agree to renew the same at a cost of £35
- To note that the Town Clerk's SLCC membership is due for renewal and agree to renew the same at a cost of £167
- To note the Ryedale Community Grant Scheme is now active and that this information has been circulated to all local group and clubs
- To note correspondence from the North York Moors National Park Authority in respect of the Management Plan 2012 - 2027
- CiLCA
- To consider and agree the Town Clerk's request to undertake CiLCA Training with the Yorkshire and Humber Regional Training Partnership at a cost of £250
- To consider and agree to support the Town Clerk to complete the CiLCA Portfolio, in accordance with minute 15063 dated 20th July 2015
- Receive the Town Mayor’s Report
- Receive reports from Members representing the Town Council at meetings of outside bodies and on delegated matters

- To note the date of the next ordinary meeting of the Town Council on 19 September 2016 at 7.30 pm in Church House
