3. Minutes and Matters Arising
   1. To receive and approve the minutes of the Ordinary meeting held on 17th February 2020
   2. To consider matters arising
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. Discussions with Town, District and County Councillors in respect of questions already posed, and any new matters
6. To consider financial matters:
   1. To report accounts paid since the last meeting of the Council and to approve cheque payments according to the list provided
   2. To receive the Financial Summary to 29th February 2020
   3. To review the Internal Audit Terms of Reference
   4. To review the Risk Assessment Strategy and consider the financial and other risks facing the council and the internal and external controls in place for management thereof, and agree any recommendations to Council
   5. To review the Council's Asset Register
   6. To agree the appointment of an internal auditor
7. Transport
   1. To receive information from Kenneth Gill, Chief Officer, Ryedale Community Transport on the availability of accessible transport within Ryedale, pursuant to minute 19163 dated 27th January
   2. To receive the summary of changes to Subsidised Local Bus Services from April 2020
8. To receive information regarding the options for works necessary to detect a leak and repair the water pipe at the sportsfield and agree instruction and expenditure of the works
9. Website Accessibility (pursuant to minute 19114 dated 18th November 2019) - To note the purchase of Joomla WCAG2.1 compliant template (including 508 & ADA compliance) at a cost of £82.13 (incl VAT) https://www.joomla-monster.com/joomla-templates/i/132-jm-commune-offices

11. 'Keep Britain Tidy' - To note that all publication notices have been issued and arrangements are in place for the Kirkbymoorside Spring Clean event on 4th & 5th April pursuant to minute 19179 dated 17th February
12. To receive information about the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower scheme and agree to support the campaign https://hiddendisabilitiesstore.com/about-hidden-disabilities-sunflower
13. To receive correspondence from a member of the public in respect of the skate park at Old Road play area and agree a suitable response
14. To note the Clerks RoSPA & RPII certificates of training expire in June 2020 and agree attendance of the ROSPA Routine Playground Inspection course at York on Wednesday 17th June 2020 at a cost of £250 + VAT, plus £100(No VAT) RPII Examination Fee(Optional)
15. To receive the 2020/21 schedule of meetings
16. To note the 11th Classic Car event organised by York Motor Club will pass through Kirkbymoorside, from Wombleton towards Fadmoor, on Saturday 21st March from 5.30pm
