   1. To receive minutes of the Staffing Committee meeting held on 19th December 2016

4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. Discussions with Town, District and County Councillors in respect of questions already posed, and any new matters
6. To consider financial matters:
   1. To approve cheque payments according to the list provided
   2. To receive the Financial Summary to 31 December 2016
7. Street lighting
   1. To note that the pole mounted lantern unit no LP 4, pole box, bracket and junction box on Old Road, opposite Queensway needs to be replaced
   2. To agree the replacement with a 20W Orange Tek Arialed LED lantern, pole box and bracket at a cost of £700 + VAT inclusive of charges to Northern Powergrid
8. To agree the specification for the Grounds Maintenance(Cemetery & Play Areas) and Manor Vale Woodland contract
9. To note correspondence from NYCC with regards to Urban Highway Grass Cutting and agree the option for urban grass cutting for 2017/18
10. To consider and agree submission of a street furniture licence application to NYCC in respect of the bus shelter on the A170 stop East Bound
11. To receive an update on progress with regards to the implementation of public wi-fi
12. To receive an update on progress with regards to the sports club leases
13. Storage
    1. To consider the options available for the purchase of a 20ft storage container, to be sited at the sportsfield
    2. To agree the purchase of a storage container to be sited at the sportsfield
14. Town Mayors Report
15. Receive reports from Members representing the Town Council at meetings of outside bodies and on delegated matters
16. To receive the Town Clerk's report

18. Staffing
    1. To note that the Town Clerks annual appraisal was carried out on 5 January 2017
    2. To receive recommendations from the Staffing Committee
    3. To consider and agree recommendations received from the Staffing Committee
19. To note the date of the next meeting on 20th February 2017 at 7.30pm in Church House
