Issued on 12 April 2023 for a meeting of the Town Council to be held at 7.30pm on 17 April 2023 in Church House, Kirkbymoorside.

Members of the Council are required to attend. Members of the press and public are also welcome to attend.

Photographing, recording, broadcasting or transmitting the proceedings of a meeting is permitted so long as this does not disrupt the meeting in any way. As a matter of courtesy should you wish to record the meeting please make this known to the Chair.

   1. To receive and approve the draft minutes of the Ordinary meeting held on 20 March 2023

4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. Discussions with Town and County Councillors in respect of questions already posed, and any new matters
6. To consider financial matters
   1. To report accounts paid since the last meeting of the Council and to approve cheque payments according to the list provided
   2. To receive the Financial Summary to 31 March 2023
   3. To note renewal of the Kaspersky Internet Security subscription on 25 April 2023 at a cost of £54.99 (including VAT)
7. To consider the grant application from Kirkbymoorside PCC for £3000 to contribute towards the annual cost of maintenance of the graveyard and Millennium Garden
8. UK Shared Prosperity Fund
   1. To receive information on the UK Shared Prosperity Fund UK Shared Prosperity Fund
   2. To consider submitting an expression of interest by the deadline of 30 April 2023 in respect of:
      1. the project to develop the football club facilities at the sports field, New Road, Kirkbymoorside; and
      2. the 'Path For Everyone' project
9. To note the North Yorkshire Council Standards arrangements for considering code of conduct complaints, effective from 1 April 2023 and receive associated documents:
   1. Code of Conduct for Members
   2. Standards Complaint Procedure and complaint form
   3. Jurisdiction and Assessment Criteria
   4. To note the recommendation of North Yorkshire Council to adopt the same Code of Conduct and consider any revisions to the Town Council's Code of Conduct, as appropriate
10. To receive the 2023 NALC Practitioners' Guide and note the changes made Practitioners' Guide 2023 Changes made to Practitioner's Guide
11. Sports field
    1. To receive correspondence from the Kirkbymoorside Cricket Club regarding the 2023 season
    2. To consider the 2023/24 Levy calculations for the sports field
12. To receive reports from Members representing the Town Council at meetings of outside bodies and on delegated matters
13. To receive the Town Clerk's report
14. To receive the Town Mayor's report
15. Questions to the Chair
16. To receive written applications for the office of Town Councillor and to co-opt candidates to fill the existing vacancies
17. To agree the date of the next Ordinary meeting of the Town Council on 15 May 2023 in Church House
